1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "User", "Player", or "you") and jk55 (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", "our", or "jk55") governing your access to and use of the jk55 website, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively referred to as "Platform" or "Services"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and refrain from creating an account. Your continued use of jk55 services following any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of such changes. We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

Eligibility to use jk55 services is restricted to individuals who meet the following criteria: (a) you must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater; (b) you must be physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of accessing the Platform; (c) you must not be prohibited by applicable law from participating in online gaming activities; (d) you must not be registered with any self-exclusion program or gambling addiction treatment service; and (e) you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process.

Account registration requires submission of personal information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, mobile phone number, and government-issued identification documents. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and at any time thereafter is accurate, current, and complete. We reserve the right to verify the information you provide at any time and may request additional documentation to confirm your identity, age, residence, and payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of any account balance.

Account Restrictions

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with jk55. Creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or attempting to circumvent account restrictions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure, confiscation of funds, and permanent ban from the Platform. Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or otherwise transferred to any third party. Any attempt to transfer account ownership will result in immediate termination of the account and forfeiture of all associated funds and benefits.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login information to any third party and must take reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access to your account. All activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, are your sole responsibility. You agree to immediately notify jk55 of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security by contacting our customer support team.

jk55 implements industry-standard security measures to protect user accounts and personal information, including SSL encryption, secure payment processing, and regular security audits. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and you acknowledge that internet-based transactions and data storage inherently involve security risks. You agree that jk55 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security or from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your negligence in safeguarding your credentials.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

jk55 accepts deposits via various payment methods available in the Philippines, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers through major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and others), over-the-counter payment centers, and cryptocurrency (where permitted by law). All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply depending on the selected payment method and are clearly displayed during the deposit process.

Deposits are typically credited to your account balance instantly or within a few hours depending on the payment method used. You acknowledge that processing times may vary due to factors beyond jk55's control, including bank processing schedules, payment processor delays, and verification requirements. jk55 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit transaction that we reasonably suspect to involve fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your account dashboard, subject to meeting the minimum withdrawal amount and completing all applicable verification requirements. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification procedures, including but not limited to submission of valid government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. First-time withdrawals and large withdrawal requests may require additional verification and may be subject to enhanced due diligence procedures.

Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the selected payment method: e-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya) typically process within one (1) to three (3) hours; bank transfers process within one (1) to two (2) business days; other payment methods may require up to five (5) business days for processing. jk55 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and may request additional verification for unusually large withdrawals or withdrawals that exhibit unusual patterns. All withdrawals are processed on a first-in, first-out basis, and processing times do not include weekends, public holidays, or periods when financial institutions are closed.

5. Bonus Terms and Promotional Offers

jk55 offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limitations, and maximum bet limits, which are clearly disclosed in the promotional terms for each offer. Players must opt-in to receive bonuses where applicable, and bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.

Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds and/or deposit amounts must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a bonus with 30x wagering requirements on a ₱1,000 bonus would require ₱30,000 in total wagers before the bonus and any associated winnings become withdrawable. Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino games, and certain other games may contribute at reduced percentages or not at all. Full wagering contribution percentages are specified in each promotion's terms.

Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

jk55 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, colluding with other Players, using betting patterns designed to guarantee profit or minimize risk (such as betting on all outcomes of an event), or any other behavior that demonstrates an intent to abuse promotional offers rather than engage in genuine gameplay. We reserve the right to void bonuses, confiscate winnings, and terminate accounts that we determine have engaged in bonus abuse or violated promotional terms.

Bonuses are personal to the Player and may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to any third party. We reserve the right to void bets, reverse transactions, and withhold winnings in cases where game rules have been violated or where technical errors have affected game outcomes.

Players must conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner at all times when using jk55 services. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to: using offensive, abusive, or threatening language in chat functions or communications with staff; harassing other Players or jk55 employees; attempting to manipulate or exploit game mechanics, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities; engaging in collusion or chip dumping; and any other behavior that disrupts the gaming experience for other Players or violates applicable laws.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, functionality, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, and other intellectual property displayed on or incorporated into the jk55 Platform are the exclusive property of jk55, our licensors, or third-party content providers and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without our express written consent, except as necessary to use the Platform for its intended purpose. Unauthorized use of the Platform's intellectual property may constitute trademark infringement, copyright infringement, and other violations of law and may result in civil and criminal penalties.

8. Prohibited Activities

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities: (a) using the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations; (b) engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes; (c) using automated systems, bots, or software to place bets or interact with the Platform; (d) reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from any software used in connection with the Platform; (e) interfering with or disrupting the operation of the Platform or servers; (f) attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform, other user accounts, or computer systems connected to the Platform; (g) transmitting viruses, malware, or other malicious code; (h) collecting or harvesting information about other users without their consent; (i) impersonating any person or entity or falsely stating or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity; and (j) engaging in any activity that could damage jk55's reputation or business interests.

9. Termination and Suspension

jk55 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms; suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; failure to provide requested verification documents; chargebacks or payment disputes; prolonged account inactivity; or at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and all associated data.

In the event of account termination for cause, jk55 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance, including deposits, bonus funds, and winnings. If your account is terminated without cause or closed at your request in good standing, any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of all verification procedures and deduction of any applicable fees or chargebacks.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JK55 AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE PLATFORM; (C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE PLATFORM; (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT; OR (E) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE PLATFORM, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

You acknowledge that gambling inherently involves risk of financial loss, and you accept full responsibility for all gambling decisions and outcomes. jk55 does not guarantee winnings and makes no representations regarding the likelihood of winning. Past performance and payout statistics do not guarantee future results.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of jk55 services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations between you and jk55. You agree to contact our customer support team to seek resolution before pursuing any formal legal action. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. or another mutually agreed arbitration body.

The arbitration shall be conducted in Manila, Philippines, in the English language, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Notwithstanding the foregoing, jk55 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of our intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights.

12. Changes to Terms

jk55 reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to Players via email, on-site notification, or posting on the Platform. Your continued use of jk55 services following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request account closure. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates or modifications.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or policies published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and jk55 regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether oral or written. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
